Nir coined the term indistractable to mean living with integrity, being honest with yourself and others, and being able to do what you say you are going to do. He is a best-selling author and his newest book is Indistractable. Nir has had writing featured in many major publications, such as the Harvard Business Review. Socialization refers to the lifelong process of inheriting, interpreting, and disseminating norms, customs, and ideologies.This is contrasted with the previous strategy of regulating bodies but not seeking complicity. Discipline is a power relation in which the subject is complicit.
